About Troika

Troika Developments Limited was established in 1970 and developed industrial and warehouse properties in Poole throughout the 1970’s. Since the early 1980’s the company has also been very active in the development of retail warehouses and retail parks throughout the country.

In addition to industrial and retail park schemes, Troika Developments Limited has also been involved in the development of offices, leisure facilities and restaurants. The majority of developments are sold to the institutional market, but some are retained. The Group’s property portfolio primarily comprises office and industrial premises which are all fully let and income producing.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Troika Project Management Limited was established in 1987 as a result of approaches received from industrialists, retailers and property companies to provide a comprehensive project management service. The company project manages all the development activities of the Troika Group, as well as acting for clients on a national basis in the industrial, retail, office medical and leisure sectors.

APPROACH & PHILOSOPHY

For our Clients we provide a complete co-ordination and project management service from the initial inception of an idea or a requirement to the completion of the construction work and the occupation of the building.

The company provides Clients with one point of contact to receive instructions and to provide reports on any aspect of the project. We are able to establish a professional framework for the planning, design, procurement and construction of a development and we have the ability to effectively instruct and motivate a team of consultants and contractors. Our experience enables us to monitor a project’s progress so as to ensure programme dates and cost budgets are met, whilst at the same time achieving the required quality of build.
